Solutionary is a provider of certified debt relief consultation and resolution services. We are not a direct lender, creditor or credit repair agency. We are affiliated with a large lender network and we can provide quotes via the affiliate network platform provided via email. We are able to shop loan options with over thirty lenders and their rates, terms and qualifying factors vary and change at the individual lender’s discretion. Loan amount, credit rating, employment status, income and expenses may dramatically affect approvals or cause a decline. Not all applicants are qualified and there are no guarantees or pre-qualification offered to any applicant. Debt resolution services include settlement of all included accounts with a gross approximate savings of 40-50% off of the balance owed. Resolution fees of 25-29% of the original debt amount at time of enrollment will be charged only once earned with a successful settlement and at least one payment sent to the resolved creditor based on the new agreement. Resolution plan terms are from 12-60 months based on debt amount and affordability. Clients make payments into a dedicated savings account on average for an estimated 6-12 months and/or achieve savings of 30% of a debt amount before settlement offers are generated to creditors. Once a settlement has been agreed upon by the creditor, the client must also give permission to disburse payments to the creditor with a signed, written agreement. Not all clients graduate the plan and not all clients achieve adequate savings in 6-12 months or finish the plan within the estimated term. No negotiation terms can be guaranteed in any agreement and we offer no guarantees for settlement terms with another company or creditor. Creditors may report forgiven debt portions to the IRS as income. We do not offer tax advice or accounting services. We do not offer debt buyout or loan purchase services and we do not assume your debt or make payments to creditors until savings has been achieved in the provided dedicated savings account, a resolution settlement has been achieved, agreed upon and signed for by all parties. There are no penalties for early resolution plan repayment and the resolution plan may be canceled at any time without penalty. All third-party fees are non-refundable. However, any funds in the dedicated savings account may be fully refunded minus any bank fees or pending settlement fees for completed settlements. Debt resolution plans may have a negative impact on the credit worthiness of an enrolled client. Collections activities are also part of the process and that may include legal action in an attempt to collect the debt. Legal protection is available via affiliate channels and will be presented at the time of every enrollment. Optional legal plans may be included or canceled at any time in the plan. Third-party legal fees are non-refundable. The initial debt consultation, application and soft credit check are at no cost to the client, will have no impact to the client’s credit and there is no obligation to enroll.
